Target Categories Which target categories each transport accepts - see Targets for how to qualify a target with one. Unique and Fallback categories also drive implicit selection (a default-inclusion delivery auto-fires once one of these is found in the notification's target or an available recipient's own capabilities) - Other categories are understood well enough to build a full envelope from once a delivery is selected by any other means, but are too ambiguous to drive selection on their own. A transport with none listed relies entirely on its own name, its deliveries' names, or a delivery's target_categories option (e.g. generic).
